Vintage Framed Certificate
Original Vintage Antique Framed under Glass OHIO STATE BOARD of OPTOMETRY Certificate measures approximately 15-3/4" x 18-3/4".  The Vintage Certificate features the Official Seal of the Ohio State Board of Optometry, along with printed language authorizing the recipient (Eugene Le Clair) to practice Optometry in the State of Ohio. The Certificate is Number 584; dated January 2, 1920 in Columbus, Ohio; and signed by President Stanley Gray and Secretary P. F. Harris.  A photograph of Mr. Le Clair is affixed to the lower right corner of the Certificate.
The Vintage Antique Framed Certificate is in Very Good Condition for its Considerable Age, with only minor aging/discoloration noted from many years of past display or storage.  Please see accompanying photographs.
