Second sheet includes promotion for B-D Medical Center Thermometers In Professional Packages, the B-D Thermometer Steritube and B-D Twin-Pack Cases.
Third sheet features a calendar which includes July 1942 through December 1942, as well as a calendar which includes July 1943 through December 1943.
Fourth sheet is a pink blotter sheet.
Fifth sheet is a blue blotter sheet.
