Description
Homemade replacement filter bags for Aquabot Pura pool robot made of fine mesh**The pictures you see are from my own robot and my own pool - just look at all the fine dirt that these bags caught in its mesh in additional to leave and other nasty stuff** That's why I use them and then toss them away!
Each
buy it now
is for
2 filter bags
(robot uses 2 bags at a time)
if you are like me that likes to toss the dirty bag out and replace with new and not bother cleaning them out then in its your best interest to buy enough for a season
I also give you 2 rubber bands to help keep these on the suction ports - read below
Shipping is a
flat for any amount
of bags (USA only) so if you want to buy a whole bunch for the season you save some money here
You can rinse and reuse them over and over
or do the easy thing and toss them when they are full
or clean them a few times then toss them
whatever works for you
if you buy 2 sets you will have one clean set ready to go while you clean out the dirty bags and let them dry (I do this when pool is very dirty) if you like to re use them
I use these bags instead of the bags that came with my robot. I hate rinsing them with a hose and trying to get them to come clean, instead after a week (depending on how much dirt and debris I had in the pool) I just toss them out and place in 2 more, its that simple.
And the whole thing with the Velcro?? Please!! what where they thinking???
My bags are so much easier and probably work better
See my pics for all the dirt and debris that they capture
You have to use a rubber band to help keep the bag on the suction ports, its simple
place the rubber band over the elastic opening of the bag, place opening of bag over suction port and then pull up rubber band to form the seal over the bag onto the suction port
Its quite easy and ensures the bag with not come off -see the pictures
You can also use a thin piece of wire too as some of my pics show a thin red wire during my testing phase with my robot
