    Here is a
    nice,
    barely used vintage Brown & Sharpe No. 754 parallel clamp.
    The whole part # is 599-754-28-1 in the old catalog.
    This was was made in England!  She's a beauty with no engravings on it.  The jaw length is 5" or 127mm.  These open to 3-1/2" or 89 mm.  The usable depth is 2-3/8.  Steel, case hardened.  End of jaws is chamfered for clamping under shoulder or in a recess.  Clip hold loose jaw in position when a clamp screw is released.
