    The 24" Paper Roll Dispenser & Cutter provides an easy and convenient solution to store and cut paper rolls that can be mounted on and under counters or mounted on a wall. Dispenser features dowel holders and knife arms that lock into open position to easily change paper rolls and rubber feet to protect surfaces. Holds up to 9" diameter roll on 3" core. Finished in a light gray powder coat. Mounting hardware and paper rolls are not included.
