Seems to be in really nice condition, especially for the age. The original rubber gasket around the lid is still intact and appears to be in good condition. The instruction book is copyrighted 1942, although I probably wouldn't follow a lot of the emergency treatments that were recommended then! About half of the items in the kit appear to be original and a few look to be replacements. The original wooden splits are in the bottom of the case.

It still has that new first aid tape smell! Measures 13" wide, 8 3/4" deep, 2 1/2" interior depth.
