Item Description
Foam expansion strips are used to create an expansion joint when placed between glass block and the adjacent wall or header. For use with the traditional mortar installation method of glass block installation. The traditional mortar installation method components include panel reinforcing, mortar spacers, expansion foam strips and either panel anchors or vinyl U-shaped perimeter channel. All mortar installation accessories are sold separately.
White foam expansion strips are designed to remain flexible allowing for movement due to normal expansion and contraction
16 in. in length; can easily be cut to fit as needed
Used with panel anchors along the sides and header; foam expansion strips help to protect the glass block
